Training Sessions and Cancellations

• We recommend booking in advance to secure availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling

Pricing and Payments

• Service prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Full payment is required at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and valid digital payment options

Packages and Promotions

• Training packages are non-refundable once started
• Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated

Dog Health and Safety

For the safety of all participants:

• Please ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses
• Notify us of any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, or special needs prior to your session
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a risk to others

Liability

Dog training involves physical activity and behavior modification. While we use safe, positive, and balanced training methods, results vary by individual dog and consistency at home.

• Tony G Dog Training is not responsible for injury, illness, or property damage caused during or after training
• Owners assume full responsibility for their dog's behavior and safety

Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments or additional guidance may be provided at the trainer's discretion.
